1. Open The Body

Firstly, we must open up the muscles that are encasing and holding our repressed emotions down.

Without freeing these emotions, there can be little change and what does change is often.

2. Feel The Body

When the muscles are open and repression is accessible, then we must do that thing that we’ve spent most of our lives avoiding: feel.

We must see what is there, and haveĀ the willingness and intentionĀ to feel what comes ups.Ā 

3. Beyond The Body

In order to truly be in the body, we mustĀ also discover what we are beyond the body.

Discovering what we are as a Being, is fundamental to living a truly embodied life.
