Meet The Team.

Chris West

Chris West is a meditation teacher and spiritual mentor. He leads our popular six-week Meditation for Beginners course, weaving together somatic exploration and spiritual inquiry to create a deeply grounding and insightful experience. Chris discovered meditation and self-enquiry over a decade ago when dealing with intense anxiety and depression. Since then, he has studied with some of the world’s most respected spiritual teachers and, in 2017 beginning teaching and sharing his experience. With a Master’s in Interdisciplinary Psychology, Chris helps people find inner peace and freedom by deeply reconnecting with the felt sense of the body.

 Alex Watson

Alex Watson is a body-based psychotherapist and certified Bioenergetic Facilitator. He plays a key role in our programs, guiding participants through deep healing and transformation with his two signature six-week Body-Based Therapy courses in Bioenergetics and Reichian Breathwork. Over the past decade, Alex has dedicated himself to exploring and practicing body-based therapy and spirituality. His approach is rooted in the belief that true transformation doesn’t come from insight alone, but through lived, embodied experience — allowing the body to express, release, and integrate both what has been lived and what has remained unspoken.

Judith Puckmayr

Judith is a body-oriented psychotherapist who focuses on bodily sensation, core emotions, and cultivating deeper somatic awareness. Her approach helps clients access the deeper layers of their experience and dissolve the root causes of their suffering. Judith shines as a guiding light in the Stroud community, where she continues to support people toward better emotional and psychological health.

Sion Jones

Siôn Jones is a yoga and mindfulness teacher from Wales. He leads our six-week Yoga for Beginners course and is our go-to guide for all things yoga and the deeper meaning behind the practice. His work is rooted in embodiment, drawing on years of travel and study around the world. He shares these insights in his retreats and in-person courses, as well as on national TV and BBC Radio, where he’s become a familiar voice.

Jessica Eve

Jess is a body-oriented psychotherapist, currently completing her accreditation with the UKCP. Working relationally, intuitively, and with presence, she supports clients to find their own ground, centre, and authentic path. Her approach is informed by connection with the natural world, ancestral wisdom, and the more-than-human as integral aspects of deep healing.
