Therapy & Studio Room Hire – Stroud

The School of Embodiment offers two well-presented rooms to hire on Stroud High Street: a quiet 1:1 therapy room and a spacious group studio suitable for yoga, movement, breathwork, workshops, and small group sessions.

Our rooms are ideal for therapists, counsellors, bodyworkers, yoga teachers, movement practitioners, and facilitators looking for a calm, professional space in a central location.

Therapy / 1:1 Room Hire

A light, quiet room ideal for counselling, bodywork, and one-to-one sessions.

Prices:

  • £14 per hour

  • £48 – half day (4 hours)

  • £85 – full day (8 hours)

Discounted rates are available for regular weekly bookings.

Group Studio Hire

A larger studio space suitable for yoga classes, movement practices, breathwork, workshops, and small trainings.

Prices:

  • £30 per hour for one off booking

  • £24 per hour for weekly regular class

  • £110 – half day (4 hours)

  • £200 – full day (8 hours)

Evening and weekend bookings are welcome. Reduced rates may be available for regular weekly use.
