Dear Friend,

I'd like to personally invite you to join me for 3-weeks of Hatha Yoga — a warm, welcoming space where we explore how yoga can bring more peace, balance, and positivity into everyday life.

These next 3 weeks are open to everyone, whether you're stepping onto the mat for the very first time or simply looking for a gentle way to reconnect with yourself. No previous experience is needed, just come as you are.

Over our time together, you can expect to:

  • Ease anxiety and stress with simple, grounding techniques.
  • Boost your mood and gently uplift your emotional well-being.
  • Reconnect with yourself, your body, and your deeper intentions.
  • Feel more steady and centered during life's ups and downs.
  • Explore foundational hatha practices that nurture both body and mind.

I bring 9 years of teaching experience in yoga and mindfulness, guiding courses, retreats, and my 8-week mindfulness program in Stroud. My work has been featured on S4C, BBC Radio Cymru, and BBC News — but what truly matters to me is creating a heart-centered space where everyone feels genuinely welcome.

SiĂ´n is a yoga and mindfulness teacher with years of experience helping people find healing, rest, and connection.

With 9 years of teaching under his belt, he leads in-person and online courses, including his 8-week mindfulness program in Stroud, as well as yoga retreats around the UK and Europe. 

His work has been featured on S4C, BBC Radio Cymru, and BBC News, highlighting his expertise and passion for mindfulness and well-being.

Rooted in deep personal practice and global travels, Sion’s teaching is warm, heart-centred, and accessible to all.
