I’d like to personally invite you to join my Intermediate Yoga Course—a space designed for those who have already begun their yoga journey and would like to deepen their practice.

This course is ideal if you have completed a beginners course or already have some experience with yoga and want to continue building strength, awareness, and confidence in your practice.

This course is especially for you if you’d like to:

• Deepen your understanding of yoga beyond the basics.
• Build greater strength, flexibility, and balance in your body.
• Refine your connection to breath and movement.
• Feel more steady, grounded, and centered in daily life.
• Continue developing a practice that supports both body and mind.

If you’ve already taken a beginners course—or have some experience with yoga and feel ready for the next step—this course offers a supportive space to continue growing your practice.

I bring with me 9 years of teaching experience in yoga and mindfulness, guiding courses, retreats, and my 8-week mindfulness program in Stroud. My work has been featured on S4C, BBC Radio Cymru, and BBC News, but what truly matters to me is creating a warm, heart-centered space where everyone feels welcome.

It would be a joy to continue this journey with you. I hope you’ll join me in deepening practices that strengthen the body, calm the mind, and bring greater balance into your life.
