Join us for Somatic Live Sessions - a transformative space of healing and awakening.
Every Tuesday Evening at 6pm UK time on Zoom.
Through a blend of guided meditations, gentle somatic practices, and deep inquiries, we work with the nervous system to release stored trauma and open to a deeper sense of our own Being.
Each session also includes space for Q&A, where you’re invited to bring your own questions and challenges around embodiment practices, allowing you to receive direct support and guidance on your path.
Together we gather in a Community Energy Field, where the collective intention of healing creates a powerful transformative atmosphere.
This shared energy—whether in person or online—can be profoundly supportive, opening the door to deep transformation and freedom.

What happens in the live Somatic Sessions

Opening the Body
Guided by body-based therapist and psychotherapist Alex Watson, you will be guided through some short gentle somatic postures to open up the body and nervous system, allowing old trapped emotions to come to the surface to release from the body.

Feeling The Body
Guided by expert meditation teacher Chris West, you will come deeply into the felt sense of the body and the emotions that it contains.
In a safe space you will be guided into holding and healing your own emotional world, leaving you feeling peaceful and full of joy.
Â

Beyond the Body
You’ll also be guided into deep inquiry, learning to recognise the spaciousness of Being that lies beyond the body. This process is natural and wholesome—like walking through nature and gently remembering the freedom, lightness, and fearless joy of childhood.
