You'll discover new dimensions of awareness, cultivate greater steadiness of mind, and learn to work skillfully with whatever arises in your practice.
This course is for committed practitioners who are ready to go deeper. If you've experienced the benefits of meditation and want to expand your practice with the support of fellow practitioners, this is your next step.

Chris West MA
Chris brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate teaching style to guide you on this journey. Whether you’re completely new to meditation or have tried it before, this course is the perfect way to deepen into a regular practice.
Chris holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology with a focus on Mindfulness-Based Approaches and has trained under some of the world’s most renowned and gifted meditation teachers. His approach uniquely blends Western psychological insights with Eastern mindfulness and meditation practices to foster deep and lasting transformation.
As a teacher and guide, Chris has helped hundreds of individuals in both one-on-one and group settings discover peace, happiness, and a deeper connection to their bodies and themselves.
