I bring with me 9 years of teaching experience in yoga and mindfulness, guiding courses, retreats, and my 8-week mindfulness program in Stroud. My work has been featured on S4C, BBC Radio Cymru, and BBC News, but what truly matters to me is creating a warm, heart-centered space where everyone feels welcome.

Week One – Yoga Fundamentals
Begin your journey by learning the foundations of yoga in a supportive, welcoming space. We’ll cover the essentials: basic postures (asanas), simple breathing practices (pranayama), and safe alignment techniques that help you feel confident on the mat. This week sets the groundwork for your practice, giving you tools to build strength, flexibility, and awareness at your own pace.

Week Two – Find Your Balance
This week is all about steadiness—both physically and mentally. You’ll explore balance-focused poses that strengthen your body and improve concentration, while also learning how to stay centered in daily life. By working with grounding techniques, you’ll discover how balance isn’t about perfection, but about presence and stability, even when things wobble.

Week Three – Happy Hips
The hips are where we often hold tension, so this session focuses on releasing tightness and opening up space in the lower body. Through hip-opening postures, gentle stretches, and mindful movement, you’ll increase mobility, support healthier posture, and experience a sense of lightness and freedom in your body.

Week Four – Strong to the Core
This week highlights the power of your center. A strong core isn’t just about toned muscles—it supports balance, protects your back, and improves every aspect of your yoga practice. Together we’ll explore poses and sequences that engage the core in a safe, accessible way, leaving you feeling stable, strong, and empowered.

Week Five – Mindful Yoga
Now it’s time to weave mindfulness into your movement. You’ll be guided to connect breath with posture, slowing down and paying attention to the sensations in your body. This session emphasizes moving with intention, helping you feel calmer, more present, and deeply connected to yourself both on and off the mat.

Week Six – Home Practice
In the final week, you’ll gain the confidence to carry yoga into your everyday life. We’ll explore how to design a simple home routine, adapt poses to your needs, and stay motivated long after the course ends. You’ll leave with practical tools and a personal plan to continue your journey, whether at home or in a class setting.
