Over the past decade, Alex has dedicated himself to the study and practice of Bioenergetics and Body-Based Psychotherapy.
His approach is rooted in the belief that true transformation comes not just through insight, but through embodied experience.

About the Sessions
Sometimes we feel cut off; from our bodies, from other people, from life itself. We might feel stuck in an emotion or situation we don’t like, unable to move forward no matter how much we think about it.
In these sessions, I offer a safe, guided space where we inquire into what’s happening for you, not just with your mind, but through your body. Together, we explore the sensations, feelings, and subtle stories that your body holds, helping you reconnect and find the root cause of what’s preventing expansion.
When it’s helpful, I may guide you through gentle bioenergetic exercises, simple, body-based movements that support emotional release and open space for more ease, clarity, and presence.
This work is for anyone longing to feel more connected, alive, and at home in themselves, especially if you’ve felt numb, shut down, or overwhelmed for a long time.
