Why do certain patterns keep repeating, even when we understand them?

We meditate, read, go to therapy and attend retreats, yet we still people-please, shut down, overthink or struggle to feel. Knowing why doesn’t always change it, because the deeper pattern is often held in the body.

Somatic Emotional Inquiry is a way of turning towards that layer with presence and curiosity. Rather than thinking our way out, we learn to listen to the body and stay close to what is actually happening inside: sensation, emotion, impulse and need.

In this free interview, I speak with Judith about what this work is, how it differs from talking about our patterns, and how it can become a regular, skilful practice of your own.
