So often, we’ve been conditioned to believe that happiness, love, and peace are “out there,” waiting for us to earn or achieve. Yet the truth is simple: exactly as you are, in this moment, you already have access to these qualities. They are your birthright.
This program is about one thing: transformation on every level.
It’s a direct, compassionate, and radical journey into freeing yourself from overthinking and coming home to the innate joy, love, and peace that live within you.
Most of us don’t experience life this way because, over time, we’ve learned to contract—through emotional pain, conditioning, or trauma—cutting ourselves off from our natural capacity for joy and fulfillment.
When uncomfortable feelings arise, we often respond with contraction: holding our bodies tight, suppressing emotions, or telling ourselves we “shouldn’t” feel shame, anger, or anxiety. This keeps us trapped in the mind, disconnected from the richness of life.
Through this course, we will use bioenergetics—a radical, body-based approach—to bring these stored emotions to the surface. You’ll learn how to meet them with openness and love, allowing them to release naturally from your body and mind. The result? A direct, embodied experience of peace, joy, and presence.
This is a deeply experiential journey. It’s not just theory or reflection—it’s “hands-on,” practical work that leads to real change. Each week we will guide you through:

Your Mentors

Chris West MA
Chris holds a Masters Degree in psychology with Mindfulness-based approaches, and has studied with some of the world's most well-renowned and gifted embodiment and spiritual teachers.
He combines both Western psychological understandings with Eastern practices of meditation and self enquiry to bring about lasting internal transformation.
Chris has been teaching online and in-person workshops and courses since 2017 and has helped hundreds of people both one-one and in group settings step into a much more peaceful, embodied and empowered way of being.
He is also qualified in BBTRS, a method of trauma therapy using the breath, movement, and conscious emotional expression to release trauma and old emotional tensions from the body and mind.
Chris is also a keen musician, and when he isn't meditating or working you will often find him singing and creating music with his guitar in hand. He also enjoys climbing, playing tennis, walking his dogs, dancing, watching movies and performing comedy.

Alex Watson
Alex is a body-based therapist, specialising in bioenergetics, Reichian breathwork and somatic meditation. He is one of the UK’s leading experts in this field and helps individuals heal trauma and past conditioning through the doorway of the body. Alex has been on an incredible and heartfelt journey of healing from PTSD, Anxiety, and Insomnia.
Having endured years of emotional struggle and hard times, he now believes and teaches that any pain or suffering he and others experience is ultimately an opportunity for transformation.

Wow. What a journey... This course and what it has taught me in the last three months has been one of the most important and rewarding things to ever happen to me. I've learnt how to be alone with my own thoughts, how to process and accept my emotions and how to live day to day without constant fear and anxiety. It's been a life changer. I was beginning to give up hope but somehow stumbled upon an advert for it last summer and after attending two of the free sessions, I knew they were onto something.
If you are thinking about taking this course, then I couldn't recommend it enough. This time last year I couldn't even sit in a room with my own mind because it was just too much. I was constantly stressed and anxious at work, even on holiday, for absolutely no reason. My mind was out of control. But since taking this course my whole world is different.
I've never been so relaxed, so happy... and for no reason. Chris and the guys are so friendly and welcoming yet professional at the same time and I honestly can't thank them enough. Hi Chris,
Things are going really well since the course. I got some really good results back and passed with a 2:1 for my second year. I’ve had my last session for now with my therapist too and all my trauma is clear for the first time and life’s going to be really good for me.
I’m hopeful now and just feel a lot more at ease with the world, and though there may still be worries at times, I’m able to see myself as separate from them and don’t see them as me anymore and identify them with the self - I just see them as parts now that may be worried or scared at times and that’s okay too as I know it’s just a part of me.
I’m also able to tell people how I feel more in situations that would worry me previously, such as when I would be worried about mini confrontations type scenarios that aren’t confrontations as such but that I would previously shy away from out of fear and worry. And it’s okay and I’ve realised that I can have these conversations with neutral emotions and in a way that I don’t need to worry about them.
I’m also getting on really well with my Dad now which is amazing and feel really comfortable around him for the first time maybe ever (or at least it feels this way).
I’m just full of love again and excited for this next and probably last year of my life as a student.
I don’t have any shame anymore either and I know I’m a really good person and that I’m really intelligent too which is a really nice place to be. I’m also happy that I’m unique and I truly love myself now too.
