We live in a very disembodied world.

It has become normal for most of us to live with a subtle, or sometimes not so subtle, sense of inner lack. For some, this shows up as a quiet, nagging feeling that something just isn't quite right. For others, it manifests as anxiety, addiction, depression, or low self-worth.

And somewhere along the way, we learned to push away our emotions rather than truly feel them.

In our willingness to come back down into our bodies, in our willingness to feel the feelings that we've spent our whole life running away from - we reconnect with the felt sense of our own being! We return back home.

Feel to Heal is a 3-week somatic healing immersion, meeting in person here in the heart of Stroud. Together, in a space of presence we will explore what it means to truly feel, to come back into the body, to meet our emotions with compassion, and to heal the split within.

Because when we stop running from what we feel, and begin to move toward it, something amazing happens. We begin to feel whole, happy, and fulfilled again. Returning to a sense of peace and joy we may not have felt since childhood.

Each week we meet for a live session together in our Stroud studio. In between, you'll receive short video teachings and guided practices to support your journey.

No prior experience is needed. Just a genuine call toward healing and living more fully from your true nature.

Week One



Coming back to the body - Finding Peace.

There is one practice that makes all somatic healing possible. Without it, nothing really lands. In this first session, we go straight to it. You will come back into the body, back to being, back to peace, perhaps for the first time in a very long time.

Week Two



Emotions as a doorway to inner freedom and spiritual awakening

Many people see their challenging emotions as a hindrance to inner freedom, as a barrier to their spiritual growth. But from a somatic healing perspective, every emotion is a gift. A doorway into greater depths of freedom and awakening. In this session you will learn how to use every emotion, without exception, for your own psychological and spiritual evolution.

Week Three



Loving Yourself to The Core

 

What is embodiment in one sentence? It is learning to truly love yourself to the core.

To love yourself is to feel yourself. To hold space for yourself. To become the perfect therapist for yourself.

In this final week we dive into the 3-step somatic healing process for loving yourself to the core. This is deeply healing work. The nervous system, the emotions, and our whole psychological nature are invited to be met and held in a space of loving awareness.

This is where everything we have explored over these three weeks comes together.

About Chris

Chris brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate teaching style to guide you on this journey. Whether you’re completely new to embodiment or have been interested in this work for a while, this course is the perfect way to deepen your experience of healing.

Chris holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology and has trained under some of the world’s most renowned and gifted meditation teachers. His approach uniquely blends Western psychological insights with Eastern meditation and somatic practices to foster deep and lasting transformation.

As a teacher and guide, Chris has helped hundreds of individuals in both one-on-one and group settings discover peace, happiness, and a deeper connection to their bodies and themselves.
