Hi, my names Chris West. I’m a unique individual in the sense that I have passion in equal measures for both of spirituality and business, two worlds that traditionally don't go together!
I spent the entirety of my 20's completely immersed in the world of meditation, spirituality and personal growth. Alongside this I studied a degree in Business followed by a Masters in psychology with mindfulness-based approaches.
A couple of years after my Masters degree I decided to reach out to men who were struggling with anxiety and set up various meditation-based programs to help them find greater peace and happiness in their lives.
I dived deeply into the world of online business creation and marketing with the same enthusiasm that I approached my spiritual pursuits, learning a lot along the way in terms of how to successfully create and sell online programs and courses in a heart-based and conscious way.
This provided me with an income, as well as helping hundreds of men find the peace of mind and heart that they were longing for.
Eventually other conscious facilitators started approaching me asking if I could help them set up their own online businesses, and with great joy this set me down the route of becoming a conscious course creator!
Most holistic coaches, meditation/yoga teachers and therapists love the work they do, yet are not particularly wired for or do not have the energy and enthusiasm towards the world of business and marketing.

I'm Chris.
I am a meditation teacher, online marketer and entrepreneur with a Masters degree in psychology and a BA in Business.
I have been the director and lead teacher of the recovery program Anxiety Recovery for Men since 2017 and have studied with some of the world's most well-renowned and gifted meditation teachers.
I combine both my first love of spirituality, personal growth and empowerment, with my passion for business and marketing to help conscious facilitators expand their reach and share their healing gifts with the world.
I'm also a keen musician, and when I'm not meditating or working you will often find me singing and creating music with my guitar in hand. I also enjoys climbing, playing tennis, walking my dogs, dancing, watching movies and performing comedy.
