Social anxiety can keep you from truly being who you are, and the Becoming Yourself course is designed specifically to help you break out of your restricted sense of self, into a much more confident and socially easeful way of being.
The Becoming Yourself course is a highly effective program of healing and transformation using the most effective mindfulness and psychology based methods to help take you on a journey out of social anxiety and back into your true self.
When we were little children, we were not filtering our expression based on what we thought other people might think of us - we were just naturally ourselves.
However, when we grow up, we start to act and behave in ways to stay safe and fit in. This creates a sense of self-consciousness which goes in to everything we do and say.
For the socially anxious person, this self consciousness has become so extreme that it can severely effect your ability to be yourself in social situations.
Throughout this course we will present you with practical exercises, meditations and lessons to give you everything you need to overcome your social anxiety and start being the person you know in your heart you are here to be.
We believe that everybody deserves to feel relaxed and to be themselves in social situations, and that if you are suffering with social anxiety like we once were, you can find a way out of this, and we want to support you in this.

Chris West MA
Chris holds a Masters's Degree in psychology with Mindfulness-based approaches and has studied with some of the world's most well-renowned and gifted meditation teachers. He combines both Western psychological understandings with Eastern practices of meditation and self inquiry to bring about lasting transformation, out of anxiety, and into a much more contented and peaceful way of being. Chris has been the director and lead teacher of the anxiety recovery program Mindfulness For Anxiety since 2017 and has helped hundreds of people both one-one and in group settings step into a much more peaceful and empowered way of being.
As well as training in psychology Chris has also spent many years deeply studying the practices of meditation. He is also qualified in BBTRS, a method of trauma therapy using the breath, movement, and conscious emotional expression to release trauma and old emotional tensions from the body and mind.
Chris is also a keen musician, and when he isn't meditating or working you will often find him singing and creating music with his guitar in hand. He also enjoys climbing, playing tennis, walking his dogs, dancing, watching movies, and performing comedy.

Sion Jones MA
Sion is a Transformational life coach and highly skilled and sought-after Mindfulness teacher. For the last few years, he has been teaching a program called ‘Transform Anxiety with Mindfulness’ helping people from all walks of life recover from their struggles with anxiety. It’s amazing the transformations people have been going through in a relatively short space of time. Sion is becoming a bit of a 'mindfulness celebrity' in his home country of Wales and has made several appearances on Welsh national TV and BBC Radio Cymru speaking about the benefits of meditation and guiding the nation through live meditations.
In his spare time, Sion enjoys spending time at the climbing wall. He is a keen singer and runs Kirtan events around Liverpool. He also enjoys kicking a football about, cooking healthy food, dancing 5 Rhythms, and taking long hikes in the Welsh mountains.
