Embodiment practices have the power to completely transform your life — emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually.

They are a profound tool for healing and inner transformation, helping you reconnect deeply with your body and come into a state of presence that’s free from the conditioned mind patterns that cause so much struggle and suffering.

We live in a very disembodied world, and it’s become normal for most people to live with a subtle — or sometimes not so subtle — sense of inner lack.

For some, this shows up as a quiet, nagging feeling that something just isn’t quite right. For others, it can manifest as anxiety, addiction, depression, or low self-worth.

To come back into the body in this way is to heal the split within.

We begin to feel whole, happy, and fulfilled again — returning to a sense of peace and joy we may not have felt since childhood.

After a period of intense anxiety in his early twenties, Chris discovered these practices as the only path to freedom from his suffering. Over the years, he has dedicated himself fully to this work — with over 10,000 hours of meditation, more than 100 retreats, and journeys across the world to study with embodiment and spiritual teachers. Since 2017, he has been sharing these life-changing practices with others.

Chris West MA

Chris brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate teaching style to guide you on this journey. Whether you’re completely new to embodiment or have been interested in this work for a while, this course is the perfect way to deepen your experience of healing.

Chris holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology and has trained under some of the world’s most renowned and gifted meditation teachers. His approach uniquely blends Western psychological insights with Eastern meditation and somatic practices to foster deep and lasting transformation.

As a teacher and guide, Chris has helped hundreds of individuals in both one-on-one and group settings discover peace, happiness, and a deeper connection to their bodies and themselves.

Here’s whats included in the course:

Week One: Feel The Body

In this first week, you’ll learn what it truly means to feel.

To be fully present in your body — to become intimate with the emotions and sensations it holds — is a profound, life-changing experience.

We spend so much of our lives trying to escape ourselves, so learning to truly feel takes both understanding and practice.

As you begin to feel the body deeply, your entire world starts to transform.

This week includes guided meditations, embodied practices, talks, and Q&A.

Week Two: OPEN the body

In this session, we’ll explore what it truly means to open the body.

Through somatic practices such as bioenergetics, we create space for repressed feelings, traumas, and old conditionings to rise to the surface of awareness.

From here, we learn to meet it all with presence and love.

As we bring warmth and compassion to these repressed parts of ourselves, they begin to soften and dissolve, leaving us in a state of peace and wholeness.

Week Three: Beyond the Body. 

This week, we’ll explore the deeper meaning and vast potential within somatic healing — a journey that extends far beyond emotional or psychological healing.

Many people pursue spirituality as a way of escaping their emotional world. While this can bring fleeting moments of bliss, to experience a deep and lasting sense of peace and joy, we must have the courage to embrace ourselves fully.

By dropping down into the body, we begin to heal the split within the psyche — and in doing so, we naturally come into contact with what lies beyond the body: a profound sense of our own Being
